The basics

7-day window from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Free size exchanges — swap for a different size at no extra cost (subject to availability).

How to start

Email hello@offgrid.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send a prepaid pickup or drop-off label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, items marked final sale and any worn/washed items can't be returned. Acid-wash pieces have natural finish variation — this isn't a defect.
